With the location sharing feature in Force, you can send your customers a link (either via SMS or email) that will let them track the real-time location of the service vehicle you send the link for. This will let your customers know exactly when your team will be on site. This feature also makes it easy for you to confirm, in case of any discrepancy, that your team was on site and on time!
To access the share function, simply look for SHARE in the Force interface, either by tapping on the vehicle in question on the main map (Image One, below) or from the vehicle profile page (Image Two).

How to generate a link
- Tap SHARE
- In the screen that appears, select a date and an expiry time for the link and tap CREATE LINK
- This will generate a link. Tap COPY and send the link to your customer.
- Once they open the link, they will be able to track the service vehicle in real-time.
