To access and manage your account settings, tap on your name/profile image in the top right. The Account Settings screen will load with four tabs: Profile, Devices, Users, Preferences.
- Profile: These details are mostly set when you sign up for Force and include your name, email, and phone number. To change any of these details (including uploading or changing your profile image), tap Edit. You can also set your measurement (between US imperial and metric).
- Devices: The Devices tab will show all your activated devices. Details include the device IMEI (identifying) number, the vehicle it is plugged into, the vehicle plate number (you need to add this manually), the fleet the device/vehicle is in, and whether the device is offline, active, or unplugged. To make changes to any of these details, go to the specific device/vehicle in the Vehicles tab.
- Users: This tab will display the account owner and any admins that have been added. To add an account admin, tap Add Admin. To delete an admin, tap the three vertical dots next to their listing and select DELETE.
- Preferences: This tab will let you set which alerts you wish to get from the available features in Force, such as geofences, low fuel, disturbances, etc. You can also set a speed limit to get an alert if that speed is exceeded by any of your drivers.
