If the existing credit card on file for your Force by Mojio account has been declined, as an account owner you can update the card as follows:
- Log in to your Force dashboard at https://force-us.moj.io
- Tap your name in the upper right corner to load Account Settings
- Tap the Subscription tab
- To change credit card details, tap CHANGE next to the CARD INFORMATION field:
- Follow the instructions to update the credit card on file
