This article provides steps on how to update the credit card for your Force by Mojio account.
If the existing credit card on file for your Force by Mojio account has been declined, as an account owner you can update the card as follows:
- Log in to the Force dashboard at https://force-us.moj.io with your email and password.
- Once logged in, to load the Account Settings options, click on your name in the upper right corner (as shown below):
- This will load Account Settings:
- To change credit card details, click the Subscription tab, and then CHANGE next to the CARD INFORMATION field:
- Follow the screen instructions to update the credit card on file. Once the card has been updated the system will try to charge the card again.
