Impact to customers:
This platform upgrade has been scheduled for a period when the fewest number of drivers are on the road.
During the deployment, all active users will have the below experience:
- Vehicles will show Offline,
- The Web-Dashboard and Mobile Application will not be accessible,
- Unable to retrieve trips or track cars during this time,
- Unable to view vehicle and driver details during this time,
- Unable to receive push notifications in the Mobile App.
After the maintenance, we expect all messages to catch up within 1 hour.
Drivers who are not on the road during the maintenance period should not notice any service impact and will have a normal experience when they take their next trip.
